Salmon Arm Aesthetics — formerly SafeStep Advanced Foot Care — is a clinic built on a simple belief: that the same clinical rigour we bring to medical foot care belongs in aesthetic dermatology, too. Founded and led by Karilee Slubowski, LPN, we treat the whole person with expertise, intention, and warmth.
From SafeStep to today
A clinic that grew with its clients
What began as SafeStep Advanced Foot Care was, from the start, more than a foot clinic. Clients came in for relief and left with a relationship — one built on trust, careful listening, and the reassurance that comes from being cared for by a registered nurse.
As Karilee Slubowski, LPN deepened her work in skin and tissue health, a natural second chapter emerged: aesthetic dermatology. The rebrand to Salmon Arm Aesthetics reflects that fuller vision — a single, nurse-led home for advanced medical foot care and modern, non-surgical skin treatments.

Karilee Slubowski, LPN
A nurse with prairie roots in northern Manitoba, Karilee founded the practice to bring genuinely medical-grade care to feet and skin alike. She is the heart of the clinic and the creator of Crow & Co.
Every treatment is grounded in her nursing training, an eye for detail, and a belief that healthy feet and healthy skin both deserve real clinical attention — delivered with warmth and without rush.

Alongside Karilee, a close-knit care team — including her daughter Jade and Emily — guides clients from first call to follow-up, keeping every visit warm, personal, and unhurried.
